USW-T-97-3 ORDER NO.  27177 On October 17, 1997, U S WEST Communications, Inc. (U S WEST) filed a Motion for an Extension of Time to file its Cross-Petition for Reconsideration in this matter in Response  to the Petition for Reconsideration filed by AT&T on October 9, 1997.  U S WEST states that it needs the additional time because of the press of other docket filing requirements and the illness of its attorney. F I N D I N G S We find that U S WEST has provided a good cause for its request to extend the seven-day deadline imposed by Rule 331(02) of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.331(02) for Filing Cross-Petitions for Reconsideration.  U S WEST shall have until October 30, 1997 to file its Answer or Cross-Petition to AT&T’s Petition for Reconsideration. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that U S WEST’s Motion for an Extension of Time to file a Cross-Petition for Reconsideration is granted as set forth above.
