Enclosed for filing is an original and two copies of Staff’s partial response to the Second Production Request of U S WEST Communications in the above referenced case. Staff anticipates filing its responses to the remaining U S WEST production requests on December 26, 1996. Service of the enclosed partial responses is only being made upon U S WEST; the other parties will be served the Staff responses in their entirety on December 26.
