JUNE 30, 2000 RE: CASE NO. USW-T-00-12, INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN HJN TELECOM, INC. AND U S WEST
On May 17, 2000, U S WEST Communications and HJN Telecom filed an Application for approval of a resale agreement. The agreement is an interconnection agreement and is submitted for approval pursuant to Section 252E(1) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. The agreement provides terms for HJN to resell U S WEST’s local telecommunications services. On March 27, 2000, the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure and Notice of Application. During the comment period, written comments were filed only by the Commission Staff. Staff recommends that the Commission approve the interconnection agreement between U S WEST and HJN.
