WEST AND HEALTH CARE LIABILITY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (CASE NO. USW-T-00-07) AND BETWEEN U S WEST AND TEL WEST COMMUNICATIONS; (CASE NO. USW-T-00-09)
On April 12, 2000, U S WEST Communications, Inc. and Health Care Liability Management Corporation filed a Joint Application for approval of a negotiated interconnection agreement, Case No. USW-T-00-07. The agreement is a wire line network interconnection and service resale agreement, and is essentially the same agreement approved by the Commission in Order No. 27738, Case No. USW-T-96-15/ATT-T-96-02. On April 28, 2000, the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure and Notice of Joint Application. During the comment period, written comments were filed only by the Commission Staff, which recommends approval of the interconnection agreement between U S WEST and Health Care Liability Management Corporation.
On April 19, 2000, a Joint Application was filed by U S WEST and Tel West Communications, LLC for approval of a negotiated interconnection agreement, Case No. USW T-00-09. The agreement is a resale interconnection agreement and provides terms by which Tel West may resell U S WEST’s telecommunications services. On May 5, 2000, the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure and Notice of Application. During the comment period, written comments were filed only by the Commission Staff, which recommends approval of the interconnection agreement between U S WEST and Tel West Communications, LLC.
