It is hereby certified that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate No. 342) is issued to U.S. Long Distance, Inc. (USLD) to authorize USLD to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved USLDs Certificate by Order No. 27209 issued November 10, 1997. Order No. 27209 limits the areas in which USLD is authorized to provide Title 61 services as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27209.
