Dear Ms.Brown:
Under Case No.USD-T-97-1 the application of USLD Communications,Inc.(USLD)for
a certificate of convenience and necessity (CPCN)to provide local exchange services was
approved on November 10,1997.USLD had previouslyfiled Title 62 price lists for toll
seroces.
This is to advise you that USLD's CPCN should be canceled.USLD is not presently
serving local exchange services customers under that certificate and does not intend to do so in
the future.Further,if you have not already done so,please remove any price lists pertaining to
USLD's provision of Title 62 services.
