SUBJECT: UNITE PRIVATE NETWORKS, L.L.C.'S APPLICATION FOR A
CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY, CASE
NO. UPN-T-11-01
On May 6, 2011, Unite Private Networks, L.L.C fied an Application for a Certificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity. The Company requested authority to provide resold and
facilties-based local exchange service within the State of Idaho, utilzing its own facilities and
facilities of incumbent local exchange carriers or other competitive providers. After a
preliminar review, Commission Staff determined that Unite Private Networks does not need a
Certificate for the services that it plans to offer in Idaho. On June 22, 2011, the Company
voluntarily withdrew its Application. Consequently, this case should now be closed.
