In November 2000,the Commission issued Order No.28564 granting Time Warner
of Idaho LLC a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide resold and facilities-
based basic local exchange services in Idaho.In December 2000,Certificate No.377 was issued
to Time Warner.
On March 16,2015,Time Warner notified the Commission that it had changed the
name under which it does business from Time Warner of Idaho LLC to “tw telecom of idaho
lie.”The Company updated its tariffs to reflect the new name and reported that an Amendment
of Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company is on file with the Idaho Secretary of
State’s office.Staff recommended the Commission amend Certificate of Convenience and
Necessity No.377 to reflect the name change to “tw telecom of idaho lic.”
Based on our review of the Application and Staffs recommendation,the
Commission finds it appropriate to amend Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.
377 to reflect the change from Time Warner of Idaho LLC to tw telecom of Idaho llc.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
No.377 is amended to reflect the name change from Time Warner of Idaho LLC to tw telecom
of Idaho lie.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order in Case No.TWT-T-00-01.Within seven (7)days afier any person
has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See
Idaho Code §61-626 and 62-619.
