On June 1,2016,tw telecom of Idaho lie notified the Commission that the Company
has changed its name to Level 3 Telecom of Idaho,LLC.The Company provides resold and
facilities-based basic local exchange service in Idaho under Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity No.377.The Company has asked the Commission to update the CPCN to reflect
the Company’s new name.With this Order,we grant the Company’s request.
BACKGROUND
In late 2000,the Commission authorized Time Warner Telecom of Idaho LLC to
provide resold and facilities-based basic local exchange services in Idaho under Certificate No.
377.See Order Nos.28564 and 28576.In 2015,Time Warner changed its name to “tw telecom
of idaho lie,”and the Commission issued Amended Certificate No.377 to reflect the new name.
The Company has now notified the Commission that it has changed its name to Level
3 Telecom of Idaho,LLC to better align with its parent company,Level 3 Communications LLC.
In its notification,the Company represented that the name change will not affect any services or
rates to its customers.The Company also filed a copy of its tariff and local price list to reflect
the new name,and a copy of the Amended Certificate of Registration and Amendment and
Amendment of Foreign Registration Statement on file with the Idaho Secretary of State’s office.
Staff has reviewed this documentation and recommended that the Commission amend Certificate
No.377 to reflect the name change to Level 3 Telecom of Idaho,LLC.
FINDINGS
Based on our review of the Company’s filing and Staff’s recommendation,the
Commission finds it appropriate to amend Certificate No.377 to reflect that the Company has
changed its name to Level 3 Telecom of Idaho,LLC.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Certificate No.377 is amended to reflect that the
Certificate holder’s name is Level 3 Telecom of Idaho,LLC.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order in Case No.TWT-T-O0-O1.Within seven (7)days after any person
has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See
Idaho Code §S 6 1-626 and 62-6 19.
