IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 377, is issued to Time Warner Telecom of Idaho LLC. This Certificate authorizes Time Warner to provide resold and facilities-based basic local exchange services within the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Time Warner’s Certificate by Order Nos. 28564 and 28576 issued November 16, 2000 and November 30, 2000, respectively. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order Nos. 28564 and 28576.
