On April ?5,2017, Tanager Telecommunications, LLC, ("Tanager") submitted a
letter to the Commission requesting the withdrarval of Certificate No. 488 approved by
the Commission on August ?5,2009. See Order No. 30885. Tanager states it "has no
customers or active business operating in ldaho.'! Staff recommends the Commissiort
approve "l'anager's request to cancel Certificate No. 488.
