SECTION 1 - TERMS AND ABBREVIATIONS
Carrier or Company - Whenever used in this tariff, "Carrier" or
II Company II refers to TTI Telecommunications, Inc. unlessotherwise specified or clearly indicated by the context.
Customer - The person, firm , corporation or other entity which
orders or uses TTI' s service and is responsible for payment of
charges and compliance with Price List regulations.
Holidays - The Company recognizes the following holidays: New
Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and
Christmas Day.
LATA - Local Access Transport Area (LATA) denotes a geographical
area established by the U. S. District Court wi thin which a local
exchange company provides communications services.
TTI - Refers to TTI Telecommunications , Inc.

SECTION 2 - RULES AND REGULATIONS
Undertaking of TTI
TTI . s services and resold facilities are furnished forintraLATA and interLATA communications originating atspecified points wi thin the state of Idaho under terms ofthis tariff.
TTI installs, operates, and maintains the communications
services provided hereinunder in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth under this tariff. TTI may act asthe Customer' s agent for ordering access connectionfacili ties provided by other carriers or entities, whenauthorized by the Customer, to allow connection of a
Customer's location to the TTI network. The Customer shallbe responsible for all charges due for such servicearrangement.
The Company' s services and resold facilities are provided
on a monthly basis unless otherwise provided, and are
available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
Limi tations
Service is offered subject to the availability ofthe necessary facili ties and equipment and
subject to the provisions of this tariff.
TTI reserves the right to discontinue or limit
service when necessitated by conditions beyondits control, or when the Customer is using
service in violation of provisions of this
tariff, or in violation of the law.
The Company does not undertake to transmi t
messages, but offers the use of its facilities
when available, and will not be liable for errorsin transmission or for failure to establishconnections.

All services and resold facilities provided under
this tariff are directly or indirectly controlledby TTI and the Customer may not transfer or
assign the use of service or facilities withoutthe express written consent of the Company.
Such transfer or assignment shall only apply
where there is no interruption of the use
location of the service or facilities.
Prior wri tten permission from the Company is
required before any assignment or transfer. Allregulations and conditions contained in thistariff shall apply to all such permitted
assignees or transferees, as well as allconditions of service.
Use
Services provided under this tariff may be used for any
lawful purpose for which the service is technically suited.
Payment for Service
All charges due by the Customer are payable to TTI or any
agency duly authorized to receive such payments. Any
objections to billed charges must be reported to the
Company wi thin thirty ( 30 ) days of the invoice date.
Adjustments to Customer' s bills shall be made to the extentthat circumstances exist which reasonably indicate that
such changes are appropriate.
Customers are responsible for all charges associated with
their account, including all charges placed against TravelCard numbers. Customers claiming not to be responsible for
more than five calls on any one statement may be required
to accept a Travel Card number change issued by TTI.

Payment for Service, continued
The Customer is responsible for all charges associated with
the Customer's account, including calls made using TTI'service from the customer'local telephone service
numbers, and the use of Travel Card account or
authorization codes. The Company is not liable for any
damages, including toll usage charges, the customer mayincur as result of unauthorized use of its
telecommunications facil ties. This unauthorized use of
telecommunications facilities includes, but is not limited
to, the placement of calls from the Customer's premises,
the placement of calls through customer-provided equipment
which are transmitted or carried on TTI' s network and the
placement of calls via access numbers and authorization
codes. TTI will work with Customers to recommend possible
solutions to reduce unauthorized use of their facilities.
However, TTI does not warrant or guarantee that its
recommendations will prevent all unauthorized use, and the
Customer is responsible for controlling access to, and the
use of, its own telephone facilities and access codes.
Customer responsbility for payment includes payment for
long distance message telephone service calls or services
originated at the Customer's numbers, placed from another
location through the use of a travel card or debit card
authorization number, or the use of a company assigned
special billing number.
This responsibility is not changed by virtue of any use,
misuse, or abuse of the Customer's service or Customer-
provided systems, equipment, facili ties or services
interconnected to the Customer's local telephone service,
dedicated lines or 800 service which may be caused by thirdparties, including but not limited to, the customer'
employees and unauthorized members of the public.

Taxes
All state and local taxes (i. e., gross receipts tax, sales
tax, municipal utilities tax) are listed as separate line
items and are not included in the quoted rates.
Reconnect ion
For customers disconnected for reasons of non-payment, a$25.00 reconnect ion charge applies.
Ret urn Check Charge
A return check charge of $15.00 is applied to a Customer'
account each time a check is returned to TTI by a bank for
insufficient funds.
Cancellation
Customers must provide thirty days written notification to
TTI prior to cancellation. Customers are responsible for
all charges, including fixed fees, which accrue up to thecancellation date.
Other Rules
The Company reserves the right to discontinueservice, limit service, or to impose requirementson Customers as required to meet changing
regulatory rules and standards of the Idaho
Public utilities Commission.

(B) The distance between the Serving wire Center of the

calculated by using the vertical ("V") and horizontal ("H"
coordinates as defined in the BellCore V&H Coordinates Tape
and NECA Tariff FCC No.4 in the following manner:
Step 1 - Obtain the "V" and "H" coordinates for the
originating and destination points.
Step 2 - Obtain the difference between the "V"
coordinates of each of the Serving Wire Centers.
Obtain the difference between the "H" coordinates.
Step 3 - Square the differences obtained in Step
Step 4 - Add the squares of the "V" difference and "H"
difference obtained in Step
Step 5 - Divide the sum of the squares obtained in Step
4 by ten (10). Round to the next higher whole number
if any fraction results from the division.
Step 6 - Obtain the square root of the whole number
obtained in Step 5. Round to the next higher whole
number if any fraction is obtained. This is the
distance between the Serving wire Centers.

TTI offers optional account codes, project codes or security
codes that enable customer to track calls based on client,
customer or other category. In addition, codes can be used
to restrict unauthorized calling. All charges are billed inarrears.
