On May 8,2013,TerraCom,Inc.(“TerraCom”or “Company”)filed an Application,
including exhibits,pursuant to 47 U.S.C.§214(e),47 C.F.R.§54.101 et seq.,and Order No.
29841,seeking designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (“ETC”)in the State of
Idaho for the purpose of receiving federal universal service support for wireless services that will
be offered to customers on a prepaid basis.
On July 19,2013,Commission Staff submitted a host of production requests to
TerraCom in order to obtain additional relevant information regarding the Company’s
Application.The Company responded on August 9,2013.
On November 18,2013,TerraCom submitted a Notice of Withdrawal of its
Application.TerraCom expressed an interest in refihing its Application at a later date.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that TerraCom,Inc.’s Notice of Withdrawal is accepted
by the Commission.The Company’s Application shall be withdrawn without prejudice.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in the Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order.Within seven (7)days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See Idaho Code §61-
626.
