is withdrawing its Application for Designatioi as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in
Idaho, which was filed on May 18, 2013. Because notice of TerraCom's Application has not yet
been issued by the Commission, TerraCom understands and intends that this withdrawal of its
Application is without prejudice to its ability to re-apply to the Commission for ETC designation at
a later date.
