On July 1,2011, Allied also filed a Motion to Defer Deliberations, requesting that the Commission defer fuher deliberations on T -Mobile West Corporation's ("T -Mobile") Application in this matter on the basis that Allied had that same day served Allied's Discovery Request. On July 11,2011, the Commission denied Alled's Motion to Defer Deliberations on the basis that Alled's Discovery Request was not timely. In light of the Commission's ruling, T-Mobile wil not provide responses to Allied's Discovery Request.
