For the foregoing reasons, T-Mobile requests that the Commission recognize and
acknowledge in its Order that, effective June 25, 2012, T-Mobile West Corporation will become
T-Mobile West LCC LLC and that T-Mobile West LLC will be the designated ETC in Idaho,
both for the existing ETC designation granted in Order No. 32319 and for the conditional ETC
designation for areas outside its existing ETC area.
