SUBJBCT: TDS METROCOM,S APPLICATION FOR A CPCN;

On February 2,2019, TDS Metrocom, LLC applied for a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity. The Company is a Delaware corporation that is authorized to do business in Idaho.
It seeks to provide facilities-based competitive telecommunications service through its own loop
and switching and transport facilities and through agreements with other carriers. The Company
expects its principle business address to be near Coeur d'Alene, and it seeks certification to provide
access to the full range of resold and facilities-based local and interexchange services to residences
and businesses throughout ldaho.
STAFF RECOMENDATION
Staff recommends the use of Modified Procedure with a Zl-day comment deadline and
7 -day reply deadline.
COMMISSION DECISION
