NOTICE OF APPLICATION YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Time Clock is a Florida corporation, authorized to do business in Florida and is located at 8725 SW 52nd Avenue,Miami,Florida 33143.Time Clock is registered to do business in Idaho with the Idaho Secretary of State.Its Foreign Certificate of Registration is attached to the Application as Exhibit 2. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Time Clock proposes,and requests authority, to "to provide resold local exchange services and to purchase unbundled network elements provided by existing [local exchange carriers]LECs,"including CenturyLink and Frontier Communications.See Application at 3;Tariff P.S.C.No.2 at 33.Time Clock proposes to offer a variety of interexchange (switched and dedicated services)and local exchange services. Application at 4. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Time Clock provided its Articles of Organization,local exchange tariff,and certain financial information which it asserts is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to Rule 67.See Exh.3;IDAPA 31.01.01.067. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Time Clock agrees to comply with all Commission rules.Application at 5. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Application has been filed with the Commission and is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the NOTICE OF APPLICATION NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE ORDER NO.33967 1 Commission offices.The Application is also available on the Commission's web site at www.puc.idaho.gov.Click on the "File Room"tab at the top of the page,scroll down to "Open Telephone Cases,"and then click on the case number shown on the front of this document. NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the public interest may not require a formal hearing in this matter and will proceed under Modified Procedure pursuant to Rules 201 through 204 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Rules of Procedure.See IDAPA 31.01.01.201 -.204.The Commission notes that Modified Procedure and written comments have proven to be an effective means for obtaining public input and participation. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be conducted pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure.See IDAPA 31.01.01;Idaho Code §62-619.
