TME-T-I7-01 On November 2, 2017, Time Clock Solutions, LLC (Time Clock) applied to the Commission for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) authorizing it to provide local and long distance telecommunications service in Idaho. Pursuant to Commission Staffs request, Time Clock submitted an amended Tariff P.S.C. No. 2 for local exchange telecommunications services within the State of ldaho. THE APPLICATION Time Clock is a Florida corporation, authorized to do business in Florida and is located at 8725 SW 52nd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33 I 43. Time Clock is registered to do business in Idaho with the ldaho Secretary of State. Is Foreign Certificate of Registration is attached to the Application as Exhibit 2. Time Clock initially proposes, and requests authority, "to provide resold local exchange services and to purchase unbundled network elements provided by existing flocal exchange carriers] LECS," including CenturyLink and Frontier Communications. See Application at 3; Tariff P.S.C. No. 2 at 33. Time Clock proposes to offer a variety of interexchange (switched and dedicated services) and local exchange services. Id. at 4. Time Clock affirms that it has reviewed the laws and regulations of the Commission goveming local exchange telecommunications scrvices in ldaho and will provide service in accordance with said laws, rules and regulations. /d. at 5. DECISION MEMORANDUM I STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Commission process Time Clock's Application under Modified Procedure with a ?l-day comment period.
