RE:CASE NO.  TLI-T-97-2; APPLICATION OF U S WEST FOR APPROVAL OF A RESALE AGREEMENT WITH TEL-LINK, LLC
On October 24, 1997, U S WEST Communications filed an Application for approval of an interconnection agreement with Tel-Link, LLC.  The agreement is filed for approval pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252(e).  The agreement was reached through voluntary negotiation between the parties and provides for Tel-Link to provide local telecommunication service by the resale of U S WEST’s products.
Staff recommends that the Application for approval of the agreement be processed by Modified Procedure.
