ORDER NO. 27833
In Order No. 27044 issued in this case, the Commission granted Tel-Link of Idaho, LLC (Tel-Link) a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide telecommunications services in the state of Idaho.  Tel-Link’s parent company, Tel-Link, LLC (parent) has structurally reorganized and Tel-Link was dissolved into the parent company.  The parent has requested that the Commission change the name on Tel-Link’s Certificate to reflect this change in structure.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Tel-Link’s Certificate No. 326 is hereby amended to reflect the name Tel-Link, LLC.  An amended Certificate No. 326 will be issued contemporaneously herewith.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.  Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order.  Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.  See Idaho Code § 61-626.
