TLIT971 CERTIFICATE NO. 326 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate No. 326) is issued to Tel-Link of Idaho to authorize Tel-Link to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Tel-Linkļ€½s Certificate by Order No. 27044 issued July 11, 1997. Order No. 27044 limits the areas in which Tel-Link is authorized to provide Title 61 services, as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27044.
