On August 23,201 3, Trans National Communications International, Inc. requested that
Trans National's Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 438 issued by the
Commission on November 24,2004, be cancelled. On August 2,20 13, TNCI Operating Company
LLC completed the acquisition of Trans National's Idaho customers and assets. In its Decision
Meeting on September 3,201 3, the Commission approved Trans National's request for cancellation
of Certificate No. 438.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
In April 2004, Trans National Communications International, Inc. filed an application for
a CPCN to provide local exchange and interexchange telecommunications services in Idaho. In
November 2004, the Commission granted Trans National's application for a CPCN. Order No.
29637.
In June 20 13, TNCI Operating Company LLC filed an application for a CPCN to provide
resold local exchange and interexchange telecommunications services in Idaho. In July 2013, the
Commission granted TNCI's application for a CPCN. Order No. 32836.
On August 23,201 3, Trans National requested the Commission cancel its Certificate and
stated TNCI completed its acquisition of Trans National's Idaho customers and assets on August 2,
20 13. Staff recommended the Commission cancel Certificate No. 43 8 and remove the Company's
price list or tariff on file.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY OmERED that Trans National Communications International, Inc.'s
request for cancellation of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 438 is granted.
Certificate No. 438 is no longer in effect, and Trans National is no longer authorized to provide
telecommunications services in the State of Idaho.

THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (2 1) days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idoho Code $9 61-61 9
and 6 1-626.
