Dear Interim Secretary Barrios-Sanchez:
Ting Internet LLC (the “Registrant”), by its undersigned counsel, submits this notice of intent to
operate as an “Other Telecommunications Service Provider” within the State of Idaho. In support,
Registrant submits the following information specified in Idaho Code § 62-604:

2. Description of the telecommunication services offered by Registrant:
In Idaho, Registrant proposes to primarily provide point-to-point telecommunications
services such as Ethernet and other similar high-bandwidth services, for high-speed data
transport. Registrant will provide services primarily using its own facilities but may lease
facilities lease facilities in Idaho. Registrant intends to provide its services using fiber optic
cable along with other equipment and facilities to originate, terminate, and amplify signals.
Registrant does not plan to furnish switched voice services or dial tone at this time.
3. Area served by Registrant or in which Registrant offers telecommunication services:
Registrant is registering to provide telecommunications services throughout the State of
Idaho.
In addition, Registrant provides the following information:
1. Registrant is a Delaware limited liability company that is registered to transact business in
Idaho. Registrant’s Certificate of Authority to Transact Business in the State of Idaho is
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
