The Idaho Sh' Assoiatin (ISA) objec to the prpo Selement Stipulation and
the applicti of TracFone Wireless to becoe an EUgible Telemmunicns carrier.
pursuant to 47 U.S.C, § 214(e)(2). The propsed sement doe not sufntly
addres the fa th TracFone is currently in violation of Idaho law. TraFone has not
ben remitng Emergency Communicaons Fees to Idaho's fort-four conti in
support of their repe g.1-1 systems as reuired by seio 31-4804, Idaho Co.
Idaho Sheri operate mot 911 disatc centers and infrstrctre is co to
and update. Revenues frm 911 fe are signifintly lessened beuse of
blatant dÍSreard of Idaho law, The Idaho Emergency Communicaon Comission has
calclatd that almt $5 million in lawfl fe attibuted to TracFone have not be paid
sinc 200. The propose sement stipulatio rewards TraFone for diSardingIdaho law wih millions of dollars of "waived" bak payments. '.
Additnally, TraFone has no mad any atempt to negotiat a fuure pro fo
colleing the Idaho Emerg Comunications Fee. TracFone "goo fait" statement
