On March 18 , 2010, the Commission issued a Notice of Amended Application and
Modified Procedure pertaining to TracF one Wireless, Inc.' s ("TracF one" or "Company ) First
Amended Application for designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier. See Order No.
31028. The Notice provided that written comments regarding TracFone s First Amended
Application should be filed with the Commission no later than 60 days from the service date of
the Order or until May 17 2010. Id. at 4.
On April 26, 2010, Staff and TracFone filed a Joint Stipulation regarding the First
Production Request of the Commission Staff. In the Joint Stipulation, the parties mutually
agreed to allow TracFone an additional seven days in order to respond to Staffs First Production
Request and a seven-day extension of the previously established deadline for comments
regarding TracFone s First Amended Application.
In consideration of the Joint Stipulation, the Commission finds that it is reasonable to
extend the previously established comment deadline by seven days. Consequently, comments
regarding TracFone s Amended Application are due no later than May 24, 2010.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint Stipulation of Staff and TracFone to extend
the comment deadline is approved. Persons interested in submitting written comments regarding
TracFone s First Amended Application shall do so no later than May 24, 2010.
