Dear Ms. Jewell:
At the conclusion of the hearg held on March 31, 2011, in the above-captioned matter, the Commssion
diected counsel for the applicant, TracFone Wireless, Inc., to notify the Commssion no later than Apri 8,
2011, whether it deemed it necessar to submit post-hearg briefs in ths proceedig. By ths letter,
undersiged counsel for TracFone hereby advises the Commssion that it does believe that briefs addressing
the unesolved lega issues wi assist the Commssion in renderig an approprite decision in ths matter.
Durg the heag, it became apparent that sigficant differences regadig importt issues contiue to
exist. Among those unesolved issues are those regadig applicabilty of cer taxes and fees on prepaid,
non-biled telecommuncations servces.
Accordigly, by ths letter, TracFone respectfuy requests that the Commssion issue an order diectig
pares to submit post-hearg briefs. TracFone proposes that inti briefs be due not less than th (30)
days followig receipt by the pares of the reporter's transcript of the March 3tt hearg, and that reply
briefs be due not less than twenty-one (21) days thereafter. It is also requested that al pares be diected to
serve copies of their briefs on other pares by electronic ma. If you have questions regadig ths
proposal please communcate diecciy with undersiged counsel for TracFone.
