SUBJECT: APPLICATION OF TEMPO TELECOM, LLC FOR ETC DESIGNATION,
CASE NO. TEM.T.13.O1 _ WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION
On December 20,2013, Tempo Telecom, LLC frled an Application for Designation
as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in the State of Idaho for the limited purpose of
offering Lifeline service to qualified households. Nothing else was filed in the case until June
23, 2017, when the Company filed a letter voluntarily withdrawing the Application and asking
that the case be closed. Consequently, the case should now be closed.
