SUBJECT: THE APPLICATION OF TOTAL CALL MOBILE, INC. FOR LIMITED
DESIGNATION AS AN ELIGIBLE TELECOMMUNICATIONS
CARRIER, CASE NO. TCM-T-12-01
On October 26, 2012, Total Call Mobile, Inc. ("Total Call") filed an Application for
Limited Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in Idaho. In its Application, the
Company requested authority to provide Lifeline service(s) to qualifying consumers in the State
of Idaho. After a preliminary review, Commission Staff determined that Total Call needed to
provide additional information in order to complete its Application. Total Call did not respond
to Staffs production requests and requests for information. On December 13, 2016, Total Call
voluntarily withdrew its Application. Consequently, this case should now be closed.
