authorizes Tamarack to provide resold local exchange and interexchange services in Valley and
Adams County. The Commission approved Tamarack's Certificate by Order No. 29808 issued
June 24, 2005 , and authorized Tamarack to provide telecommunications services in Valley and
Adams County. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the
Commission in Order No. 29808.
