Dear Ms. Jewell:
On May 8,2015, Talk America Services, LLC ("Talk") was granted approval of its Application for a
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Provide Resold Local Exchange and Interexchange
Services in Case Number TAL-T-14-01 and Order Number 33296. On the same date, the Company was
issued CertificateNo.519, which authorizes Talkto provide "resold and facilities-based local exchange
telecommunications services within the State of Idaho."
With this letter, the Company is providing notice that it may provide facilities-based local exchange
services in the near future, through owned and/or leased facilities, in addition to the resold services
requested in its initial application.
