Attached for filing is Tariff No. 1, issued by CenturyLink Public Communications, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink. This tariff replaces in entirety the Embarq Payphone Services, Inc. Tariff No. 1 which was issued on May
3, 2006 by Embarq Payphone Services, Inc.
Effective November 14, 2013, Embarq Payphone Services, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink changed its corporate name to CenturyLink Public Communications, Inc., pursuant to the laws of the jurisdiction of its
incorporation. On November 21, 2013, the Idaho Secretary of State issued documentation reflecting this name change. CenturyLink Public Communications, Inc. will continue to use the d/b/a CenturyLink.

This price list applies to the pay telephone and MTS services furnished by CenturyLink Public Communications, Inc., dba CenturyLink hereafter referred to as Company, for calls that originate and terminate within the State of Idaho. This price list is on file
with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission located at 472 W. Washington, Boise, Idaho, 83702. Copies may be inspected during normal business hours, at the Company's principal place of business at 5454 West 110th Street, Overland Park, KS 66212.
1. Service is provided within the State of Idaho.
2. Company provides pay telephone service using underlying carriers to provide Operator Services and other toll-related functions. Company's underlying carrier is ILD Telecommunications, Inc. This carrier charges the tariffed rates that are on file with IPUC.
Company may rate its own long distance traffic as provided in this price list.
3. Company requires no deposit by the site provider and provides service as outlined in its contract. Company's contract stipulates the terms and conditions for the removal of service.
4. Customer complaints and bill inquiries should be routed to the above number or address. The premises equipment and the site provider offer toll-free reporting of problems and the equipment is labeled with pertinent reporting information.
5. Company only installs equipment that adheres to the rules established by the IPUC, FCC, Telecommunications for the Disabled Act of 1982, and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
6. Rates: Local Call (e.g. 25 cents/unlimited minutes) 50 cents/unlimited minutes
Coin Paid long distance (e.g. 25 cents/minute, 4 minute minimum) 25 cents/minute, 4 minute minimum
7. Company stipulates that it understands and agrees to comply with all IPUC rules including (but not limited to) IDAPA 31.41.01 and 31.51.01.
