Syringa Networks, LLC files this Application for an Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") order certiffing that certain telecommunications equipment
is eligible for the broadband infrastructure tax credit authorized by Section 63-30291(3)(b), Idaho Code. In
support of its Application, Syringa Networks, LLC states as follows:

2) Syringa Networks, LLC is a provider of wholesale broadband telecommunications seryice, and other
telecommunications services in Southern ldaho.
3) Syringa Networks, LLC has multiple Points of Presence ("POPs") within the State of ldaho. These locations
include:
Boise
Cambridge
Challis
Coeur d'Alene
Driggs
Dubois
Filer
Fruitland
Glenns Ferry
McCall
Midvale
Rockland
Rupert
St. Anthony
4) Syringa Networks, LLC offers wholesale broadband telecommunications service and other
telecommunications services in Southern ldaho. These services include, but are not limited to business
internet, carrier services, colocation, ethernet and global SD-WAN.
5) The Syringa fiber optic network is capable of transmission speeds between lOMbps and 100Gbps per
second.

7) Please see the attached Exhibit A for detail of when each asset was placed into seryice during calendar year
2020.
Exhibit A, attached hereto, describes Syringa Networks, LLC's qualified broadband equipment and
contains the information and representation required by this Commission's Order No. 28784 in Case No.
GNR-T-01-10. The list of installed equipment is necessary to the provision of broadband service and an
integral part of the broadband network
Syringa Networks, LLC has reviewed the applicable statutes for t}e Broadband Investment Income Tax
Credit. Syringa Networks, LLC also believes that the broadband equipment included within Exhibit A
qualifies for the tax credit under Section 63-30291of the Idaho Code.
Syringa Networks, LLC does not believe that the public interest requires a hearing on this matter, and
therefore requests that the Commission approve the Application by Minute Order or under Modified
Procedure. In the event the Commission determines that further proceedings are necessary Applicant
stands ready for immediate hearings.
WHEREFORE, Syringa Networks, LLC requests that the Commission issue its order determining that the
installed equipment in Exhibit A constitutes qualified broadband equipment eligible for the investment tax
credit authorized by Section 63-20391,Idaho Code.
