information in connection with the relinquishment of the ETC designation of Syringa
Wireless LLC, please note the following responses.
1. Syringa Wireless LLC did not receive any Mobility Fund Phase 1 money.
2. The Notice of Relinquishment of Syringa Wireless's ETC status includes
all ETC designations including the conditional ETC designation.
