On March 20, 1998, I forwarded a letter to your office noting that a party has filed an objection to the proposed Record on Appeal in the above referenced case.  Pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 29(a), the Commission has scheduled a hearing on the objections for April 1, 1998.
