A hearing was held April 1, 1998, to allow the parties an opportunity to present oral argument regarding the Staff’s objection to the agency record. The Commission has not directed the Staff to prepare an Order, but has taken this matter under advisement. It is my understanding that the Commission intends to issue its Order settling the record within the next ten days.
