More specifically, the Commission limited reconsideration to its decision regarding the claw-back of toll restriction service pursuant to Idaho Code  62-605(5). That Order also set out a rehearing schedule. Order No. 27659 required that those parties desiring to participate in the rehearing notify you of their intent to participate.
