The Court has reviewed the APPELLANT'S BRIEF which was submitted by Appellant on
December 19,2022. The Court has determined that the submitted brief does not comply with
the requrrements of ldaho Appellate Rule 35, therefore, after due consideration,
lT lS HEREBY ORDERED that the Appellant's Brief submitted on December 19,2022, is
REJECTED as it does not comply with the requirements of ldaho Appellate Rule 35. The brief
shall be returned to Appellant.
lT lS FURTHER ORDERED that this appeal be, and is hereby, CONDITIONALLY
DISMISSED. Appellant shall have twenty-eight (28) days from the date of this Order in which to
file an Appellant's Brief that complies with ldaho Appellate Rule 35. lf a compliant Appellant's
Brief is not filed within twenty-eight (28) days, the appeal will be dismissed with prejudice.
