Allance on Januay 4,2012. The Cour is fully advised; therefore, good cause appearing,
IT HEREBY IS ORDERED that the VERIFIED APPLICATION TO APPEAR AS AMICUS
CURIAE PURSUANT TO IDAHO APPELLATE RULE 8 be, and hereby is, GRANTED and CTC
Telecom, Inc. and the Idaho Telecom Allance shall be granted leave to appear as Amicus Curae in
this proceeding for puroses of filing an Amicus Curae Brief. The Brief shall be fied on or before
