Qwest Corporation, (Qwest), through its undersigned attorneys of record and pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 29(a) files the following objections to the Agency Record on Appeal served on the parties December 12, 2003: Qwest objects to the inclusion ofthe letter dated July 18, 2003 from Morgan W. Richards, Jr., Conley E. Ward, and Thomas J. Moorman to the Commission Secretary, included OBJECTIONS TO AGENCY RECORD ON APPEAL - Page Boise-166240.l 0029164-00082 as pages 484 and 485 of Volume III. This letter formed no part of the record considered by the Commission in entering its Order No. 29219 , which was rendered three months earlier. Nor was this letter relevant to the Commission s disposition of the Petitions for Reconsideration. Documents such as this letter are not listed as part of the standard record on appeal described in LA.R. 28, and no has party requested this letter be included in the Agency Record. Qwest objects to the inclusion of the letter dated July 7 2003 from Richard R. Wolf to Perry W. Hooks, Jr., which is included as pages 486 and 487 of Volume III. Like the preceding document, this letter was filed months after the Commission s decision on the merits and is unrelated to the issues resolved on reconsideration. No party requested the inclusion of this letter. Qwest objects to the inclusion of the letter dated July 10, 2003 from Perry W. Hooks, Jr. to Richard R. Wolf, which has been included as page 488 of the Agency Record. This letter was not requested by any party and, like the two preceding documents, is unrelated to the Commission s decisions on the merits and on reconsideration.
