Dear Messrs. Jones and Batt:
In December 2002, Iprovided each of you with a copy of the Commission s Record on appeal in
the above-referenced case. Pursuant to Appellate Rule 29, the parties had 28 days, or until
January 28, 2003 , to file objections to the transcript or the record, including requests for
corrections, additions or deletions. On January 27, 2003 (one day before the review deadline),
the Supreme Court issued its Order staying the appeal so that the parties could participate in the
appellate settlement process.
On November 5, 2003 , the Supreme Court reinstated the appeal and withdrew its previously
issued settlement stay. The Court has further ordered that the agency s Record be filed with the
Court by January 30, 200(4).
So that we may comply with the Court's Order, please complete your review of the agency
Record no later than Wednesday, December 10 2003.
