National Brands, Inc. d/b/a Sharenet Communications Company
( "Sharenet" ) intends to provide resold intrastate operator
assisted telecommunications service between points wi thin Idaho.
Service is provided twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Interstate operator assisted telecommunications services are
offered in conjunction with intrastate service provided pursuantto current Federal regulations. OSC proposes to provide
originating service to prospective customers throughout the State
of Idaho.
Service is offered to hotels, hospitals, educational
insti tutions, pay telephones, and similar entities. Sharenet
handles calls that require special assistance for billing
purposes , or for the placement of a specific type of call. The
company processes collect, person-to-person, third party billed,
calling card and credit card calls. Both automated operator
assistance and live operator assistance is offered.
Calls are connected to Sharenet via Feature Group
Feature Group D or inbound-800 access connections. Once a call
reaches Sharenet, it is handled based on the amount of operator
assistance required. No billing applies for incomplete calls orfor calls in which the party to be billed does not accept
responsibility for the charges. After all billing and call
routing information is collected by Sharenet, each call
terminated over the resold facilities of an underlying
transmission facilities carrier.
Billing of calls is performed by local exchange carriers
through billing and collections contracts maintained byIntegretel. Integretel is an authorized agent of Sharenet for
billing and collection purposes. All operator assisted calls
handled by Sharenet are billed at Sharenet' s rates as specifiedin the Price List provided herein. Notice information is
provided by Sharenet for placement by each telephone. This
information identified Sharenet as the operator services provider
and provides contact names and numbers for rate information.
Sharenet provides a toll-free telephone number for billing
inquiries and questions. The toll-free customer service number
is 800-279-5410. The customer service center is staffed between
the hours of 8: 00 AM and 5: 00 PM , Mountain Standard Time, Monday
through Friday.
Plans for Construction
Sharenet has no plans to construct or acquire transmission or
swi tching facilities in the state of Idaho. The company uses
leased and resold transmission facilities in Idaho.

SECTION 1 - TERMS AND ABBREVIATIONS
Calling Card Call - A billing arrangement by which the chargefor a call may be billed to a valid telephone company-issuedcalling card. The terms and conditions of the local telephone
company will apply to paYment arrangements.
Carrier or Company - Whenever used in this tariff, "Carrier" or
"Company" refers to Sharenet Communications Company unlessotherwise specified or clearly indicated by the context.
Commercial Credit Card Call - A billing arrangement by which a
call may be charged to an authorized credit card number, such as
MasterCard or VISA.
Customer Dialed Calling Card - A billing arrangement whereby the
end user dials all of the digits to route and bill a call withoutoperator assistance live or automated).
Customer or End User - The calling party using the services ofOSC. The end user is responsible for the payment of charges,
unless that responsibility has been accepted by others, such asin the case of collect or third party calls.
Holidays - The Company recognizes the following holidays: NewYear's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and
Christmas Day.
LATA - Local Access Transport Area (LATA) denotes a geographical
area established by the U. S. District Court wi thin which a local
exchange company provides communications services.
Operator Station A call that requires live or automated
operator assistance. Operator station calls may be billed to thecalled party (collect) or to valid third party telephonenumber.

Pay Telephone - A telephone instrument equipped with a device
that allows a charge to be made for each call.
Person-to-Person Call - A service whereby the person originating
the call specifies to the Company Operator a particular person
to be reached , or a particular station, room number, department,
or office to be reached through a PBX attendant.
Serving wire Center - A specified geographic point from which the
vertical ("V") and ( "H") horizontal coordinates are used to
calculate airline mileage for the purposes of rating a call.
Sharenet - National Brands , Inc. d/b/a Sharenet Communications
Company.
Subscriber - The person, firm , partnership, corporation, or other
enti ty who orders service from the Company. The Subscriber may
own lease, or manage the pay telephone, PBX, or other switchvehicle from which a Customer places a call utilizing the
services of the Company.

SECTION 2 - RULES AND REGULATIONS
Undertaking of Sharenet
Sharenet's services and resold facilities are furnished forintraLATA and interLATA communications originating at
specified points within the state of Idaho under terms ofthis tariff.
Sharenet installs, operates, and maintains the
communications services provided hereinunder in accordance
wi th the terms and conditions set forth under this tariff.
Sharenet may act as the Subscriber's agent for ordering
access connection facilities provided by other carriers orentitieswhen authorized by the Subscriber, to allow
connection of a Subscriber'location to the Sharenetnetwork. The Subscriber shall be responsible for all
charges due for such service arrangement.
The Company's services and resold facilities are provided ona monthly basis unless otherwise provided, and are available
twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
Limi tat ions
Service is offered subject to the availability of the
necessary facilities and equipment and subject to the
provisions of this tariff.
Sharenet reserves the right to discontinue or limit
service when necessitated by conditions beyond its
control, or when the Subscriber or Customer is using
service in violation of provisions of this tariff, or
in violation of the law.
The Company does not undertake to transmit messages,
but offers the use of its facilities when available,
and will not be liable for errors in transmission or
for failure to establish connections.

Limitations, con 't.
All services and resold facilities provided under
this tariff are directly or indirectly controlled by
Share net and the Subscriber may not transfer or
assign the use of service or facilities without the
express written consent of the Company. Such
transfer or assignment shall only apply where there
is no interruption of the use or location of the
service or facilities.
Prior written permission from the Company is required
before any assignment or transfer. All regulations
and conditions contained in this tariff shall apply
to all such permitted assignees or transferees, as
well as all conditions of service.
Use
Services provided under this tariff may be used for any
lawful purpose for which the service is technically suited.
Payment for Service
All charges due by the Customer are payable to any agencyduly authorized to receive such payments. The billing
agency may be the Company, a local exchange telephonecompany, credit card company, or other billing service.
Terms of payment shall be according to the rules and
regulations of the agency and subject to the rules ofregulatory agencies, such as the Idaho PUC. Any
objections to billed charges must be promptly reported to
the Company's billing agent. Adjustments to Customer'
bills shall be made to the extent that circumstances exist
which reasonably indicate that such changes are appropriate.

Taxes
All state and local taxes (i. e., gross receipts tax, salestax, municipal utilities tax) are listed as separate line
items and are not included in the quoted rates.
Other Rules
The Company reserves the right to refuse Third Party
billing at its discretion.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to processCredit Card or Calling Card billed calls when
authorization for use of the card cannot bevalidated.
The Company reserves the right to discontinueservice, limit service, or to impose requirements on
Subscribers as required to meet changing regulatory
rules and standards of the Idaho Public utilities
Commission.

Long distance usage charges are based on actual ofSharenet'network. No installation or fixed
monthy fees apply. A per-call service charge
applies for operator assisted (live or automated)calls.
Unless otherwise specified in this tariff, the
minimum call duration for billing purposes is one
(1) minute and usage beyond the initial period is
measured and rounded to the higher full minute for
billing purposes.
There will be no billing applied for incompletecalls.

Determination of Mileage
(A) Calls are measured and rounded to the higher fullminute from the Serving wire Center of the originating
Subscriber's terminal or switch location to the Serving wire
Center of the destination of the call.
(B) The distance between the Serving wire Center of theSubscriber's switch and that of the destination point is
calculated by using the vertical ("V") and horizontal ("H"
coordinates in the following manner:
Step 1 - Obtain the "V" and "H" coordinates for the
originating and destination points.
Step Obtain the difference between the "V"
coordinates of each of the Serving WIre Centers.
Obtain the difference between the "H" coordinates.
Step 3 - Square the differences obtained in Step
Step 4 - Add the squares of the "V" difference and "H"
difference obtained in Step
Step 5 - Divide the sum of the squares obtained in Step
4 by ten (10). Round to the next higher whole number
if any fraction results from the division.
Step 6 - Obtain the square root of the whole number
obtained in Step 5. Round to the next higher whole
number if any fraction is obtained. This is the
distance between the Serving wire Centers.

Sharenet Operator Assisted Calling
Sharenet Long Distance Service is offered to customers for inter and intraLA T A calling
within the state of Idaho. Calls are routed via the Company s Operator Services Center
to any valid NPA-NXX in the state of Idaho by the company s switch and the
transmission facilities of Sharenet's underlying carrieres).
Sharenet Long Distance Service is provided for use by transient end users at host
locations. This service anticipates the provision of Operator Services or billing options.
Calls are measured as described in Sections 3.1 and 3.3 of this tariff and rated based on
time of day, call duration, call type and mileage.
Per-minute usage sensitive charges, as well as per-call operator service charges, and
location surcharges apply.

Nonsubscriber Service Charge

A Nonsubscriber Service Charge is applicable to dial station, operator station, person-to-
person or real time rated calls billed to residential or business lines which are
pre subscribed to an interexchange carrier other than the Company, or are not
presubscribed to any interexchange carrier. This charge is in addition to initial and
additional period charges and applicable service charges for operator handled calls.

Operator Assisted Calling
Sharenet offers operator assisted calling to Customers who access the Company s service from
aggregator locations. Calls are billed in one (1) minute increments after an initial minimum call
duration of one (1) minute. No charges apply to incomplete calls.
The Aggregator may select from the following rate schedules. In addition, the Aggregator may choose
whether to apply the Evening and Night/W eekend discounts of the selected schedule.
