SUBJECT:IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF SQF, LLC FOR
CERTIFICATION AS A WHOLESALE PROVIDER OF
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES; CASE NO. SQF-T-18-01.
On May 8,2018, SQF, LLC (the "Company") filed an Application with the Commission,
per Procedural Order No.32277 and IDAPA 31.01.01.114, for registration/certification as a wholesale
provider of telecommunications service in Idaho. Application at l.
On August 21,2019, the Commission received correspondence from the Company's attorney
requesting that its Application be withdrawn.
Due to the Company's voluntary withdrawal, Case No. SQF-T-18-01 is now moot and should
be closed by operation of Rule 68, IDAPA 31.01.01.068 (When a party notifies the Commission it is
withdrawing a pleading and serves the notice on the other parties, the withdrawal takes effect l4 days after
the filing).
