Dear Secretary Hatian,
SQF, LLC, ("SQF" or "Petitioner"), respectfully submits this lettet in open Case Number SQF-T-18-
01 regarding its May 8th, 2018 filed application for a Certifi.cate of Public Convenience and Necessity
(CPCN! for Registration/Certification as a Wholesale Ptovidet of Telecommunications Services.
A few months after SQF fi.led its application, Commission Staff informed SQF that the Commission
no longer issues CPCN's to Wholesale providers such as SQF. Given that there is currendy no
pathway to certification available to SQF in the State of Idaho, SQF wishes to withdraw its currendy
pending application in the open case.
