CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND
NECESSITY NO.327;CASE NO.SPR-T-21-01.
BACKGROUND
On February 18,2021,the Commission received a letter from Davis Wright Tremaine
LLP on behalf of Sprint Communications Company L.P.("Sprint")indicating that Sprint has
obtainedthe required Federal Communications Commission approvals to discontinue service.
Sprint no longer has any basic local service or interexchangeservices customers requiring a
certificate.Sprint wishes to voluntarily withdraw its Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity and cancel any tariffs on file with the Commission.Sprint was granted Certificate No.
327 in July of 1997.(Case No.SPR-T-97-02)
STAFF REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Sprint be granted its request and that Certificate No.327 be
withdrawn without prejudice and cancel any tariffs on file with the Commission.
