SPR-T-97-2 CERTIFICATE NO. 327 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 327, is issued to Sprint Communications Company L.P. This Certificate authorizes Sprint to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Sprints Certificate by Order No. 27046 issued July 14, 1997. Order No. 27046 limits the areas in which Sprint is authorized to provide Title 61 services in the respective service areas of U S WEST Communications and GTE Northwest, existing as of July 14, 1997, excluding those exchanges this Commission authorized be sold by U S WEST in Order Nos. 26198, 26242 and 26353. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27046.
