On August 18, 2020, Spectrotel, Inc. (“Spectrotel”) requested the Commission transfer
its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) to its newly created affiliate,
Spectrotel of the West LLC.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity is issued to Spectrotel of the West LLC, Certificate No. 508, to provide local exchange
and interexchange services within the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is
issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 34778.
