Notice of Detariffing and Withdrawal of Idaho Tariff No. 1 (Local and Interexchange
Services Tariff)

Dear Ms. Jewell:

Pursuant to SB 1156, Session Law Chapter 312, enacted April 11, 2011, please accept this letter as notice
to the Commission that it is the intention of Spectrotel, Inc. d/b/a OneTouch Communications d/b/a
Touch Base Communications to operate on a detariffed basis. Accordingly, the company is hereby
withdrawing its Idaho local and interexchange services tariff (Idaho Tariff No. 1) effective October 16,
2014. The Company will make this document available in the form of a Price List posted its website
outlining the terms, conditions and rates associated with the services offered by the Company.

At this time, Spectrotel, Inc. offers services to business customers only. The Company acknowledges that
if and when it decides to offer services to residential customers, a tariff must be filed with the
Commission.
