On July 8,2020, Safelink Internet, L.L.C. ("Safelink") filed a notice withdrawing its
Application in Case No. SLI-T-20-01. Under procedural Rule 68, IDAPA 31.01.01.068, a notice
withdrawing a pleading is effective fourteen days after filing, unless otherwise ordered by the
Commission. Fourteen days have elapsed since the notice.
Consequently, Case No. SLI-T-20-01-In the Matter of Safelink lnternet, L.L.C.'s Application
for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Provide Local Exchange Services in
southern Idaho-is hereby closed.
