SILT001 ORDER NO.  28504 On May 24, 2000, Silver Star Telephone Company filed an Application requesting authority to borrow $3.26 million from the Rural Telephone Finance Cooperative (RTFC) pursuant to Idaho Code § 61-901 et seq. Silver Star requested that the Commission authorize the RTFC loan no later than July 1, 2000. In Order No. 28428 the Commission suspended the Application for a period of 60 days or until August 31, 2000. On August 30, 2000, the Staff advised the Commission that additional time would be necessary to finish its review of recently received information from the Company and to present this matter to the Commission.
